Odysseus is Not Good Leader

I think Odysseus is not a good leader. He came back to his island without his crew. His crew always did somthing bad when Odysseus was sleeping. If Odysseus were good leader,he could control his crew everytime.I think he needs more confidence from his crew. Then they will protect Odysseus from danger and listen to what Odysseus is saying. But I think he will be a good leader as king of Ithaca. He could come back to his island and he was given many things from voyage. So he may understands how to control people or his island.I hpe that.
